At Rack Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement for defective items at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@rackroom.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
